They are on level 2? where? Im collecting all the sets.

when you go over the pipe from the service tunnel 2 thingy and to the right where the gunner guy is, there are 2 more on the stairs, used to farm all 4 of them since they are quite close. especially when you have the way back around unlocked so you can go straight from ops and to the left throught the vents

The first Scarab Guys are at the second Level in front of the closed BioLabs entrance, 4 Enemies with partly Scarab Gear and then 2 more at the same Level down the long Staircase enough to get the complete Set.
