i did and its still locked the only thing i didnot do is go back before i ened the game and i think i found a train i didnot use... but cant remember

I think I know the door you're talking about. In a sewer-like room with two zombie enemies, yes? You can open that door after you get a core for your drone, allowing it to overload power circuits.

huh dam never thought to look up dam now need to get it now what drone core is it is it the bio labs one?

Yeah, the one you find next to Doc. Chavez (or whatever) . It's the one that allows your drone to open certain doors by overloading circuits.
