Max weapon proficiency?

Can anyone tell me what is the maximum weapon proficiency in the game? (if there is actually any hard cap)

Yeah, twin-rigged at 29, 20 is not the cap

Depends on what you fight and how, executions award more proficiency, executions targetting an armored limb even more, and executions against an armored torso (requiring many hits) even more than that. At least according to my observations so far, I don't have any numerical data to work with, so I have to estimate based on how far the bar moves.

How do you get more implant slots past 16? Or are those awarded for finishing NG+ modes?

gett the rigs in ng+ gives you 2 slots each if i remember correctly
