Med Bay in Biolabs?

Maybe this is just the game throwing me a curveball, but I can't seem to find a med-bay in the Biolabs sector at all. The train station leads into the sewers, which then leads into an open field with those exceptionally dangerous four-legged robots. Nowhere to upgrade, nowhere to heal and it just seems weird to keep respawning at the train. Am I missing something, or is Med Bay really supposed to be far inside the complex?

I ask, because I already annoyed myself in the industrial complex by missing several shortcuts. Don't want to make the same mistake again.

the medbay is literally right next to the train. Immediately before you hang a left to go down into the sewers proper.

The dogs are satan the room on the left of the biolabs leads back to the med bay as well.
