Where should I go after I upload the virus?

So I am no stuck at the nuclear and the lanch site of ut1, anyone know where should I go?

Same. Uploaded virus, missile lowers & hatch seals. Ran up to the bit that loads a new area, & you have to walk that thin ledge & grab that sword that the dead guy is reaching for What next?

Head to the top floor and go inside the main control facility, past the Nanite Swarm enemies. Overcharge a conduit there, then make your way to the first floor and the nanite barrier across from the OPS center should be down.

Last boss is in that area, and killing it will start NG+.

Thanks anyway made it to the NG+ but the ending is so cenfused......
