If you're happy with it on Kongregate, that may be the best choice for you :D No, there aren't any exclusive characters or areas; instead it's balanced roughly as if you'd spent the same amount of money on Morale in the F2P version, so there's more stuff unlocked to start with and stuff unlocks faster.

Why though? They are appealing to all sorts of markets. Mobile/Kongregate games are usually IAP riddled as well as F2P. However on steam they are making the necessary changes to make sure they aren't hated by everyone who would play this game.
