In game manual or glossary?

If it's been awhile and don't want to have to reset the entire game to go through the tutorials again, is there a hot key that brings up a help glossary?

I couldn't find one in any of the menus....

Sadly, afaik, there's no menu or glossary, but it shouldn't be TOO difficult to figure out the gameplay, terms, and mechanics again after a few battles.
