Game Crashing just after the battle you can't win early on
I'm not sure how people feel about spoilers so I kept my title vague, but in the cut scene immediately after the battle with Beatrix in Burmecia the game keeps crashing. I've turned off the mods I had turned on, I've tried it in windowed mode instead of full screen, I've made sure my drivers are up to date, etc. When I try to search for help with this, I keep getting routed to threads about a crashing problem at the end of the game, which I am no where near (based on what I've read this is still 'disk 1' content). EDIT: A little more research tells me this battle and the cut scene that keeps crashing is the last thing from disk 1, so my guess is that something in what would have been the change-over is disagreeing with something on my system.

I honestly don't know what else to do to fix this, its so frustrating. The last step on all the different 'have you tried this' lists is reinstalling it, but will that make me start over from the beginning again? Or, is there something else I haven't tried that I should? I haven't interacted much with steam, this is only the second game I've even tried playing through their services, and I don't usually mess around with mods, so there's a lot of things I don't know, please be patient with me.

Ahhh since I downloaded Memoria straight from their website I had assumed I had the most up to date version, but apparently the patches needed to be downloaded from github? I ultimately got around it by just removing Memoria altogether and playing through that part of the game, then re-adding it after the cutscene.
