What FF9 party will you use?

Even though you cant really set up a party until like disk 3, what team will you use? I think I might go for Freya, Steiner, and Eiko.

Zidane, Freya, Steiner, Eiko.

Freya is my favorite character, so when I get her she gets a permanent slot xD

I liked freya but in my first run I replaced her with ViVi since I like magic and Steiner with Amarant (or was it Admarant?) For the abilty (i forgot its name, Chakara i think) that gives MP, which was OP since you could cast it on him and you basicly needed no eathers

I always went Zidane, garnet, vivi, steiner. though this time i'm honestly going to consider swapping steiner for Freya. Garnet is my bae, I'll never replace her, plus shes an incredible healer.

Garnet and Vivi? you must have alot of ethers as that setup would take a ton of MP with Garnets summons, and with no Amarant you'd need a ♥♥♥♥ load of ethers

I've always considerd freya over steiner, beacuse of jump, and Rei's wind can help too

Why do peopel love garnet so much? The summons are just one big grind and unless your 100%ing the game i dont see any point in it. Which is why i have yet to use her in my actual party. Plus if your goiing to spend that much time grinding just level all the pyshical charecters to 99 and get their best weapons and you can do that dammage in over half the time

The fight is not hard at all. In fact, you can just hit with Vivi to win the game. (forget that Ozma)

This time I will probably try to take a healer (or not we will see)
