damn i just remembered an old thread someone started to get chronocross on steam with an petition, seems it sunk below in the vastness of steam, was actually enjoying the convos there too.

Chaos Rings 1, Omega, and 2 > Chaos Rings 3.

I'm not saying that Chaos Rings 3 was bad, but it overall had a whole different tone and feel to it. As far as my personal preference goes, I preferred the tone 1/Omega/2 more.

I agree with you, I do prefer the darker tone of the first three games, but I feel like Chaos Rings 3 would be better for a PC release because it has a lot more content, plus npcs and such.
