Bazzite OS - moguri mod forcing fullscreen option through .ini

Setup etc. worked flawlessly, moguri launcher also opens no problem, as does the game when i press on play. however, i cant change the window mode, as the whole launcher (just like the og launcher) crashes when i press on the arrow to open the drop down menu. For the OG launcher it was sufficient to go into the settings.ini and change it to windowed=false, however now with the mod there are new lines like WIndowMode=Window. When I change this line to Fullscreen or Borderless it does nothing, and because the moguri launcher defaults to windowed it just overwrites what i change here everytime i launch it and so i cant play the game in fullscreen. Alt+Enter does nothing as well. I am running bazzite os desktop version if that matters.

Does anyone have any ideas? Thanks in advance

nvm fixed it by using proton 9 specifically for this game instead of using the default experimental. forgot that was a thing. the launcher and its dropdown menu all work without problems now
