Missed Ragtime Mouse question...

I beat the game with the intent of getting all the achievements. I missed on of the questions for the ragtime mouse though. He doesn't seem to pop up again after the last question. So, I didn't get the achievement for that. Am I screwed? Do I have to start a new game and get to disc 4 to finish this? Is there a way to download a save that is at the 4th disc or something to make this less annoying?

Same problem here but after a lot of research, seems it's super easy to cheese these achievements via save files. Would anyone be willing to point us in the direction as to where we can find a proper ragtime mouse achievement file save? All the ones I've found have pretty much anything but him. Heck, even just a speedrun game at the end game would suffice and we could hunt out the ragtime mouse ourselves. My guide didn't specify him at all and I answered just 1 wrong and don't feel like another 9 hour clear of game after I've beaten it (no joke) from scratch over 7 times now easy.
