The fact that Quina can still equip Lamia's Tiara makes this point moot. Being able to equip all of the female-exclusive gear would confirm Quina as female, since there is no male-exclusive gear (I think?).
Only males are affected by entice - the implication being that everyone is straight (which I won't argue - it's a game). Thus, Quina is male. Vivi is also affected by entice and, by the above logic, male. Why, then, does Quina seem genuinely happy to marry Vivi?
