Problems with world map

I just bought this game when it was released, because me and my gf love FFIX.
We started playing and everything goes well until we reach the world map, after the evil forest. The world map does not displays correctly, instead we only could see a white background, so we could not further advance because we can not see where we are going.

We have an MSI computer, which goes perfectly well with any other games and has an Nvidia graphic card. We tried in my gf's brother computer (another msi with envidia) and the game works without problem.

Does anyone else have this problem? does anyone knows how to solve it?

Already updated, but the problem stand still

Ok, it's fixed, We just have to update windows graphic drivers (not the Nvidia graphic drivers, which was already updated). Thanks for the tip Trident76 and I hope this will serve to you too TOMASCAT

Just be careful with Windows update on Graphics card since they will conflict with NVIDIA unless you are using Dual Intergrated Graphic of Intel.

Did you try installing older drivers?
