What exactly is the download size?
On the store page, it lists 7GBs of HD space is needed under Minimum, then under Recommended it lists 20GBs...which is odd. To whoever has the game, what amount did you have to download, and what is the final size of the game once it has been fully installed?

Download: 3.6GB

Total Size in folder: 7.10GB

It's a 3.6 GB download which then expands to 7.10 in your folder. Presumably because of this you need at least 10.7 GB on your HDD. However, windows gets buggy if your HDD is dealing with compression on file sizes that have more than half of the remaining free space available. (Sometimes called a Swap Space Effect). Which is probably why they recommend twice that. Just my thought.
