Regarding "A Clean Bill of Health"
I grabbed a list of statuses from one of the guides (this one), seen here:

Heat
Mini
Slow
Stop
Sleep
Virus
Venom
Freeze
Poison
Zombie
Berserk
Confuse
Petrify
Silence
Trouble
Darkness
Doom
Gradual Petrify
Haste
Regen
Float
Shell
Vanish
Protect
Reflect
Auto-life

for a total of 26. I then went around casting/having these cast on Zidane (with no preventative abilities active), each one waiting until the effect confirmed active, and didn't get the achievement. I then did it all a second time.

Is there more to this?

I used Lylat's guide for ths (I got the achievement yesterday). I used Zidane as my guinea pig as well.

I'm not sure I can be much help on this. Either you missed one or something is bugging out of you. Are you making sure that you aren't counting equipped abilities (like Auto-Float)?

For what it is worth, I followed almost to the letter the suggestions in Lylat's guide on who to have cast these things on Zidane (for example, I used Steiner to hit Zidane with heat and freeze).

Here is the section from Lylat's guide (I'll post a link to his guide in a minute):

Slow: Vivi's BLM
Stop: Vivi's BLM
Sleep: Vivi's BLM
Virus: Yan at Vile Island (the one with the great pyramid)(Virus Powder)
Venom: Whale Zombie enemy at almost any beach on disc 3/4 (Venom Breath)
Freeze: Steiner's Ice Brand with Add Status
Poison: Vivi's BLM (Bio)
Zombie: Whale Zombie enemy at almost any beach on disc 3/4 (Zombie Powder)
Berserk: Dagger's WHM
Confuse: Dagger's WHM
Petrify: Vivi's BLM
Silence: Eiko's or Dagger's WHM
Trouble: Zidane's Annoy skill
Darkness: Dagger's WHM
Doom: Ash enemy in Memoria - Familiar Past (Doom)
Gradual Petrify: Basilisk in Burmecia (Gradual Petrify)
Haste: Eiko's WHM
Regen: Eiko's WHM
Float: Eiko's or Dagger WHM
Shell: Eiko's or Dagger's WHM
Vanish: Quina's BLM (Learned from Hornet on Gizamaluke's Grotto)
Protect: Eiko's or Dagger's WHM
Reflect: Eiko's or Dagger's WHM
Auto-Life: Quina's BLU (Learned from Gimme Cat on Palmnell Island, next to Chocobo Lagoon)

Anyway, good luck!

Thank you for the alternative guide and with status source suggestions.

I went at it a third time taking into account your input and got to Auto Life only to realize I hadn't ever noticed it saying MISS when casting it on someone with an auto ability already active... Ended the fight, took that off, and then cast Auto Life in a new fight to get my trophy. I'd previously only noticed that the Auto Life icon was present on him. =/

Thank you so much for pointing out what ultimately solved the problem for me.

omg, achievements like these are just so stupid! why would you want to purposly put a character on every bad staus there is?! (Not like I haven't did that before on the ps1) but as something to achieve?
It has reached a new low...
OR its something that overtime would pop as you play and get the bad statuses from enemies...idiot.

It is possible to get the ardor of an enemy state? because I cant attack with magic from Steiner or Quina pump to my characters. Just I get me 5 achievements and I am blocked.

Lol, I'm sure not a single character has ever randomly been affected by every single status ailment and buff at the same time.

It's just a stupid achievement.

It doesn't have to be at the same time.

In fact, that is probably impossible due to the mechanics behind some of these statuses.

The post you quoted was correct; I just happened to not be one of the ones lucky enough for it to happen to over time.

the order in which they receive the most convenient?

Somehow I just got it off Hades using Curse, and I was nowhere near all statuses...

(Sorry for the necromancy, this was high in Google results)
