Different field icon frequently appearing!

Ive tried searching google for ages about this but dont know what on earth it means.

I'm encountering a field icon that has the exclamation point and two waves underneath it?

Anyone else seen/had this field icon appear? or knows what it means?

It means you found all chocographs, challenged the Fat Chocobo to a card game, and he told you to visit all the beaches in the world. The icon appears when you are in a beach you haven't yet confirmed you've been to.

Oh so i just click the icon and that means ive visited said beach?

If it disappears afterwards, yes. I don't remember if you can click it or if you have to press a button, but it will give you a confirmation sound, and the icon will disappear.
