Beatrix Mythril Sword and Ice Brand!

I'm trying to steal a Mythril Sword of Beatrix , but it is very difficult, if I leave the Mythril Sword , I lose something in the future ? Or you can simply leave that damn sword back and continue the game ?

Hey, I dont know what i'm done, but, I pressed F1 F2 and F3 then I tryed to steal and on FIRST try i got the Armor, next the Phoenix Down and on 3º try I got the Mythril Sword!!!!

Trust me, it's work. I didnt take a picture because the speed is too high, but I will paste the last 2 screen

you can just buy it in the later parts of the game.

You can buy it later. Crap steal rate and a time limit on the fight make it very difficult to steal it.

None of the ultra rare steals in the early game are ever worth it. The mythril sword in particular can be bought very soon after the fight when you are back in control of Garnet and Steiner. You are better off spending the time and grind up some gil and AP instead of trying to get a rare steal that's barely worth a thousand gil.

You just got lucky that's all. Activating the in-game boosters doesn't improve your steal rate like some people seem to believe.

Yeah, it's all luck even with the cheats on.

I've been able to steal everything from a boss in just a handful of turns with it on, but the next boss battle it'll take me 20+ attempts to get something with the cheat still activated. It's a placebo effect.

pretty much all stealable items from bosses aren't worth wasting the resources and turns on them. all are available later on in the game

Ice Brand chance isn't 1/256 but 16/256 so it's actually easier to steal than Mythril Sword. As I said before, you just got lucky. That's all.

Not worth it. It'll be available to buy soon with a reasonable price, and it will get outclassed very quickly, especially if you've been collecting Stellazio up to that point, which will reward you with a Blood Sword.
