this game is end, but i new game then when battle this achivement not counting why?

It has to be on the same playthough, so your best bet is to stick with one save file and grind until you reach the 10k kills. Each playthrough will start as if no kills were made, so the counter won't go up until you reach the same amount of kill shown. Same goes if you kills enemies in a previous save file, it won't update.

Yea, I don't know what they were thinking with this. 1k kills is already more than enough.

If you want the achievment, you play the entire game again following a guide. Or you use something like SAM to cheat it onto your profile.

Same thing, every achievements with a counter has to be done within the same playthrough. Same goes for the moonstones for example.
