FF9 Randomizer with moguri mod - How to Install it for those wondering.
Made an earlier thread asking how this was done but after a short break and a proper cup of coffee, i figured it out for anyone at all who wants to install the moguri mod and use the randomizer with it. Some may have seen the actual instructions and knew immediately how to do, some like myself got confused so here is step by step how to use the randomizer with moguri mod.

1. Install ff9 via steam and copy all files and paste them into a separate folder to create a back up. This will act as a quick clean reinstall should you mess up a step and will save you having to redownload and install etc.

2. Create 2 folders on your desktop, you can name them whatever you want, they will only contain 2 files anyway each. Just be sure to know which one is before and after coming up. In my case i named them 1 and 2, 1 being before moguri, 2 being after moguri.

3. Before you install the moguri mod go into your version of ff9 and copy 2 files from the managed folder in data. If you are on a 64x os, go into x64/ff9_data/Managed and copy the 2 files: Assembly-CSharp.bak and Assembly-CSharp.dll and place them into the first folder on the desktop(in my case it was 1 or before moguri mod). If you are on the 32x os, your files will be the same path but in x86 instead of x64. Thus x86/ff9_data/managed.
These 2 files are absolutely essential as moguri will edit them and thus the hades tool for randomizing wont work if you install moguri without retreiving these files.

4. Download the hades modding tool(randomizer) if you havent already and install the moguri mod to your steam version of the game. Moguri will create a bunch of new stuff and edit alot in the steam version.

5. Repeat step 3 but place the new, moguri changed, Assembly-CSharp.bak and Assembly-CSharp.dll into the second folder on your desktop. This will ensure an easier time rerolling the randomizer as long as you have these 2 folders with the 2 files each.

6. Now its time to start the randomization. As stated prior hades will not run if you have the moguri modded Assembly-CSharp.bak.dll in your version of the game. So go to your folder(in my case, x64/ff9_data/Managed) and delete the 2 files there Assembly-CSharp.bak.dll and only those 2 files. Replace them with the pre moguri versions that you have in folder 1 on your desktop. Remember to not move but rather copy and paste them in. So by now you should have moguri mod installed in your steam version of the game and the pre moguri version of Assembly-CSharp.bak.dll in the files. Again for x64 these are in x64/ff9_data/managed.

7. Run the hades modding tool and select the ff9_launcher.exe in the main folder. To do this, you click file/open and then navigate to the main folder where ff9 is and click the launcher.exe. Since it is steam it will be in steam/steamapps/common/FinalfantasyIX.
It will take a few minutes to load up but if you did not do step 6 it will freeze and crash.
Once it has loaded, go to tools, randomizer and click on load datas. This will take about 5-10 minutes depending on your pc. Once that is all loaded, muck about with the settings you want to randomizer and then click the big randomize button at the bottom right.

8. Once you click randomize, you are back at the main menu and ready to continue. Click on file and scroll down to save as steam mod. This point is extremely specific so pay attention. On the drop down where the default option is compiled dll, you want to click and change it to spreadsheets. Then on the dropdown with unity archives being default, change it to raw assets. Then click ok. This should create a brand new folder in your ff9 folder. This new folder is called HadesWorkshopMod. Dont touch it yet. Copy this entire folder to your desktop and delete the copy in your ff9 folder. This is to minimize confusion.
By now you should have: 3 folders on your desktop and a moguri modded version of ff9 with pre moguri modded Assembly-CSharp.bak.dll files. The 3 folders should be 1,the pre moguri Assembly-CSharp.bak.dll, 2. the post moguri Assembly-CSharp.dll.bak and 3 the hadesworkshopmod.

9. Now open the hades file on the desktop in 1 window and the ff9 folder in your steamapps in a 2nd window. You will want to start copying files from hadesworkshopmod folder to the ff9 folder in specific places.
Inside the hades folder there should be 3 things: Data, FF9-Data and Streaming assets.
Inside the ff9 folder there should be 6 folders and 5 files: MoguriFiles, MoguriSoundtrack, MoguriVideo, StreamingAssets, x64, x86 and 5 files we are not going to touch.

Follow these instructions exactly:
Copy STREAMINGASSETS folder from Hadesworkshopmod and paste them inside the MOGURIFILES folder. Inside here is the streaming assets folder that we will replace, not the streaming assets folder in the main directory.
Copy the folder DATA from Hadesworkshopmod and paste them into the STREAMINGASSETS folder in the main directory of FF9, not the MOGURIFILES version of the STREAMINGASSETS folder.
Finally, copy the FF9-DATA Folder from Hadesworkshopmod into the directory of your version be it x64 or x86.

Should you mess up any of these 3 files, you will need to clean install ff9 and try again, do this by uninstalling moguri mod, deleting all files in ff9 steam and replacing them with the backup made in step 1. Again when clean installing, copy and paste the files, not move them.

You are almost home free now. With all those files copied into the right locations its time for 1 last step before you are ready to play.

10. Go to your version of ff9, be it x64 or x86, go to ff9-data, go to managed and delete the pre moguri Assembly-CSharp.bak and .dll. Replace them with the moguri versions. These should again be in the second folder you created.

Congratulations you are done. Should you wish to randomize to a different seed: Repeat from step 6.

This may seem massive and convoluted but its the easiest way i could explain it for anyone getting confused or may not have any technical know how.
