Friendly Yan Glitch

I've seen a few people posting this before, but I swear I've found all the friendly monsters preceding the Yan. I just got the Moonstone achievement so I know they were all done through Jabberwock. The Feather Circle gave me the Lapis which I gave to the Garuda, but the Yan keeps running. I'm gonna go back and see if I can an encounter the Feather Circle again just to see if it will work, but I feel like I'm gonna get screwed on this 100% run.

the yan is finding on the only isle with a treasure where you need chocobo fly ability Yans are found on Vile Island, southwest of Iifa Tree but warning can wipe your complete pt.... if you lucky you get it on first try and after all including yan you can hit yadis/oozma with physicalattack

I also thought I had them all, you can encounter them in any order so might have missed one of the ore ones even. I ended up just running around in areas where they all spawned and finally encountered them all so Yan would complete.
