Moguri Mod 8.2 "System.Component" install error?
I've been attempting to install the latest Moguri Mod update, but am met with "System.ComponentModel.Win32Exception can not find the file specified at...."
System.Diagnostics.Process.Start..., errors at the launcher when attempting to start the game. I've done what other people are deeming successful to fix the issue, such as re-installing Moguri to the same directory as Steam in my C:/ drive. For some reason, this isn't helping me at all and am met with the same errors. I only have one drive to install the game and mod on, and setting the directory to where the game is doesn't seem to fix anything at all.

Does anyone have any specific instructions on how they got the mod working after encountering this issue??

It's not necessary to install FFIX in the same folder as steam. Install where you want. Just delete memoria.ini and settings.ini in your folder as they are both outdated (that's what is happening when you reinstall elsewhere).

Are using the extract all option or copying and pasting contents of zip file? Are you installing mod from the root of c? Did you install over the old version of the mod or fresh?

I simply applied the mod using only the installer. I also tried to overwrite my previous 8.0.1 version of the mod, but then began to un- and re-install the mod several times with no progress on functionality.

Was I just supposed to extract everything into the game folder or what?

Well I started with a fresh install of FF9 in the default steam folder location. I even deleted the old folders before installing game. I just made a folder C:/ Moguri and extracted the moguri mod download to it. I ran the installer and had no errors.

Since the install I've had Playstation 4 Controller issue. It's automatically remapping Left and Right Trigger to Select and Start and I'm unable to change them.
