couldnt start game after 12 gmt, it worked flawless before
thought it was a mogur mod bug but that is not the case

Any suggestions?

We have to wait until this has been fixed.
Whoever was in charge with updating the game did it totally wrong and basically deleted the game:

they released an update that removed a ton of file pretty much uninstalling the game

I can download it again. restart steam and see if there's an update. if not, reinstall it.
