Whenever I install the Moguri Mod and the CMD window appears I get a message that says "failed to get a game location" then just tells me to press enter. What am I doing wrong?

Also having this issue. And then the game launches but doesn't appear to be modded.

The point over 1) is that the main point of the mod is the HD backgrounds. As said on the website 'The most important changes are in the background arts, that are now more detailled, clean & have an higher resolution.'
What are you hoping to get out of the mod, because there's probably another mod out there already doing that without the HD backtrounds.
2) I agree, but I guess it's down to how the game files have to be unpacked and repacked with the music files, I assume the mod just overwrites the old files and doesn't back the original music up to save on hard drive space. But this was just a minor annoyance and people generally aren't going to be switching between setups.

hi! I'm having a bit of trouble installing the moguri mod. it seems to have been in a extracting files from archive loop. when does this end?

Such a great mod. It would be nice if there would be a version you could just unpack into the games folder. The installer of the mod gives me headaches on linux because I need to use it with wine on a game that already has problems to run through proton without tricks.

Having trouble getting it to download to the right area when it’s done it pops up with a black and green code screen telling me it’s failed, looked through the forums can’t seem to find an answer.

If you're resorting to Cheat Engine that table isn't the correct one to use for anyone using the Moguri Mod.

That's the one that was made specifically for the Moguri Mod. I still don't recommend using Cheat Engine unless you need to get past a game glitch, but at least if you're going to use it you should have the right table.
