ff9 quick gil - no cotton robe trick

Let me first say that i'm playing the alternate fantasy mod. not sure if this is the same for the original game.

1. farming takes place in oeilvert
2. bring a weak melee, Quina, and 2 stong melee (i use Amarant and Zidane because of the skills needed)
3. fight stone epitaphs, use the weak melee to spawn a mirror image. use strong melee to kill
4. after 3 mirrors, kill the stone epitaph
5. fight will net you 5k+ xp, 2 AP, random jewels, and 21,000+ gil per fight!
6. best skills are man eater (for mirrors), stone killer, millionaire, and jelly.
7. if you need to heal, use the moogle outside with a tent or the guaranteed hi-potion that drops.

best place i found for the stone epitaphs is in the hologram room to the left with the 4 holographic airships. I circle the top 2 holograms with a roughly 75% success rate (other times were 2x ogres)

one key point: have one of your strong melee "at the ready" by clicking attack but NOT choosing a target as the epitaph casts mirror. As soon as the mirrors name appears next to the epitaphs, click it to attack the mirror. this will ensure your attack goes off before the mirrors. just be sure to 1-hit it with man eater and mp attack if you need it.
