From what I dig up answer is no.

Only windows OS judging from SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

Usually when game supports mac or linux there is tab there listing in system requirements for running game.

Sadly all FF classics on Steam only ported for Windows :( I hope developer add Mac OS port in the future. I really want to play FF 7, 8 , 9 and 10 again
