Missable chest in Burmecia

Forgot to walk to the chest in the Residence containing Germinas Boots, and the ledge dropped. Will this prevent me from obtaining Rank S Treasure Hunter, or any other achievements?

Noo you can miss a few things and still get rank S. You can get rank S before getting all the chests the 3 late game areas.

i have walked through walls on ps1 emu with cheats, and the chest is unobtainable

It's only unobtainable if you run on the ledge. If you walk, it remains stable enough for you to reach the chest.
