How does one close the game?

It's very loud, no settings to adjust the volume. Then there is no way to exit the game ?

The resolution can't be change so I'm missing a chunk of the top and bottom of the screen. I can't even identify and pick the first mushroom and I have no idea why due to the missing info on my screen.

I have a very large monitor, maybe needs large monitor support?
