Are human's playable?
I see the options to the right side, but I can't select them on any server I join, let alone my own custom made one. Were they disabled?

no you can only play them in survival and you should have known cause devs have said that progression has been abondoned

I came back after a year of letting this game sit because of slow progression, was hoping they were about by now. I got this game because human's were said to be a thing in this game. Sorry for not deviting my entire time to reading the blogs or every update yet. Human's were advertized in the games selling point. Wasn't aware they were being abandoned. I'll get my money back if needed.

you got confused humans are being added in survival the new game mode and progression is being scraped also its 2 minutes to read the posts not so hard

I'm still confused as to what's being scrapped. You mean the "Progression" game mode?

yes the game mode progression will be deleted
and the main game mode will be survival if you want info on what survival is ask me
humans will be playable in survival

I tried entering survival today, and couldn't choose human yet. Also.. the map isn't really a map, looks like a crummy sandbox from second life xD

right now you can choose humans only on official servers and servival WILL be this :you pick faction (carnivore herbivore and ♥♥♥♥ ) then in the first time you choose the starting dino which you will start as its juvenile size after you grow to an adult you will get a coin/point or somethink which will allow you to unlock another dino which ever you want in your faction and you will keep him for ever in that server then you will have to repeat the process and grow with the new dino from juvei to adult to unlock other dinos
humans will split in to mercenereis and tribals tribal will craft weapons and bows while mercenereis will scavenge to get guns and ♥♥♥♥

Can you currently choose a human? I can't find where you can do that.

There was a very brief period where tribals running around R2 with torches but that was close to a year ago. The humans used then were placeholders and have since been replaced.

Please be sure you checked the date the thread was created as this one was way back in February.
