Different plant states (Listing)
I thought we might want to make thread about what kind of status a plant can have.

- Parched (dead) = Plant didnt get any water and died.
- Thirsty = Plant needs water, spray it with water. (they get brown the closer they are to death)
- Sated = Plant has enough water for half a day at least (my experience).
- Overwatered = Plant is overwatered but it wont die. Its a state if you have to leave for a bit longer and nobody can water your plants.
- Overwatered (Dead) = Plant got drown due to too much water.

Undercategory - Singing:

When Singing it seems you see how vital a plant is or rather what her mood is. A better mood results in more growth during singing.

- Vibrant = This seems to be the standard mode, the plant is lively but pretty neutral otherwise.
- Vital = Should be the next step, plant seems to be happy and grow more with Singing.
- Vivacious = Should be a step above vital, resulting in even more growth. Im sure this requires enough space and a sated water state for the plant.

Obviously a plant will be happier if its sated and has space to grow.

If you know of other categories then please let us and me know. =) :excitedstarfish:

One example is my Agave "Blue Glow", she is Vivacious and due to singing to her for a few minutes she is now 5 times the size of every other plant. I use her as a plant in the back due to her big, colorful, dominant nature, therefore im fine with it.

You should be able to see a Screenshot on my profile. I dont know how to add those to my post.

Edit: She now returned to vibrant.

Edit 2: Im not sure, maybe somebody can chime in. I would guess that singing only lets the main sprout grow and reduced the chance for sidesprouts like Echeveria "Lola" is getting under her main flower. But im not sure if that is correct.

Yup, we might have been able to see the screenshot on your profile if only it weren't set to private. I am also looking for the information that you are looking for in this thread.

Looks like you have the starter that I have been looking for. I'd appreciate it if you can reply with the species of succulents and their quantities in your starting pot here.

If you are using the steam client enable "Display Steam URL address bar when available".
Navigate to the screenshot and then copy-paste the url here.

Thank you, I noticed that myself shortly before you posted :P.

Please kindly enumerate your starter succulents. Include the species and their quantities.
I need them here: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=505926096

And about your Agave "Blue Glow", it is the default center piece of the starter. Like the Aloe vera, Aloe 'Blue Elf', and Agave macroantha, they really grow much bigger than the other succulents. So if you want to have a more accurate measure of how much singing affects the plants, you will have to compare succulents of same species and type.

Look at how much this one grew, and please don't ignore my request.

I started with:
1 Agave "Blue Glow"
2 Kalanchoe rotundifolia
2 Sedum pachyphyllum
2 Echeveria "Lola" (green)
3 Echeveria "Lola" (purple)

My free seed was another purple Echeveria "Lola".

Parched is the state below thirsty, which then leads to-- iirc-- parched (dead)

I haven't watered my plants since the day I started (Aug. 23rd), and it still says "sated", so how many days can the plants go without being watered? Granted, I have been singing to them one by one each day. So, maybe because I'm singing to them everyday, they don't require to be watered again for a while?

Im not sure, for me they pop up one by one after a while and show "Thirsty".

Sated can last for a couple days. Overwatered can last for 2-3 weeks.
