Manager relationship needs work

I hoped this will be more refined in FTG world. I took my one str team from amateur to second class in two seasons. There I hit a huge class difference of course and got relegated back to second class. Management fires me right away. No chance to take the reputation penalty, no possibility whatsoever to stay on the team I overperformed with for two sesons in a row.

It really needs finetuning.

Which friendly level of chairman did you choose when you started your current file? I always chose the most friendly one, and never got fired. I know my way would make the game easier, but I like this way and could focus more on the management and tactics without worrying about being fired.

Maybe you can try to start a new file and choose the most friendly chairman.

I was on the "normal"level for what its worth. Maybe I should change it yeah.

If you follow football in the real world this is painfully acurate

If you stick with the starter team, Management never fires you.
Once you take a contract with someone else, it's perform (at least to the Acceptable Level) or be released.

That is ok. I know this problem. Just don't try to step up the class to fast! I often play with my perspectiv-players just to avoid to change the class too fast...
