And whenever these topics come up, people conveniently forget all the times they get lucky rolls against significantly better players or in absolutely terrible situations. Bad luck goes both ways, both for your team and the opponent.
I understand math, and I do not suffer from bias :).
Check my hours and try to approach this from a point where you do not mistrust my observations :).
The extremely low rolls are wayyy overrepresented, there is absolutely no doubt, might be that it would be a lost dice anyway, but why so many extremely low rolls ... believe me on this one :).
When you use a skill you also seem to get an uneven roll, if it is 1,2 or 3 rolls the rate of success seems not right ... my observation is that this happens for both sides.
When the ai tackles and get the bonus tackle, my observation is that the ai`s bonus is higher ... even a very bad tackler often gets it on 2nd or 3rd, because of the bonus.
On the regular dice I do not see any bad math, but never actually created any data on any of these topics ... would be interesting.
Edit : and why not make control part of the multiroll ... makes no sense that it seems to have no effect at all (or very little), when trying to avoid a tackle.
2. If even RNG has a tendency towards lower numbers (I doubt that but still), it has this tendency both for you and for AI.
3. If you use Expected RNG, it gives better numbers for your team (RNG is skewed toward you) but only for ordinary actions, not for skills. Therefore, you can see that skills have worse numbers than usual actions. In any case, the skills have the same RNG both for you and AO.
4. I want Sliding tackle to be hard to oppose. You still can do that with some smart things like putting a wing def near the footballer who controls the ball. But in general, I want that there is no possibility to hold the ball forever.

All in all, there is nothing unfair in the game. Btw, if you want there were fewer 1s, use Decreased RNG that depends on the attributes of your footballers.
I am currently playing an Iron Manager campaign on the highest difficulty (Hard / Very Strict Management / Default RNG) which is documented on Discord. I have won the Quadruple twice and the treble several times.
As much as I would love to say that I am an extraordinary genius who can regularly defeat a cheating AI, sadly it is not the case.
