Player experience speed?
I am a bit confused about tthe arrows indicating the speed of exp gain. Is that a static number or dos it evlolve?

Hover over it to see the exact rate. It is a percentage. More arrows, the faster rate of experience.

Thanks i know that, the question is wether it is a fixed rate or does it evolve over time?
