Yes, you can modify the league logo, and the team logo (the one that appear in the menus and the information labels) but the one in the jersey seems to be the same as in the editor...
Besides, it lets you modify the "real" teams, in the real divisions, but what I want to do is a customized neighborhood team, and that one doesn't appear in the editor because only the real ones appear there....
That's it, as modders do... I want to put my own badge in a custom team, even if I have to replace an existing team, I don't care... but I don't see the options when you enter in the editor to upload your own picture... it only lets you to change the picture for the league, but not for the badge...

click load button at bottom of page and game will auto alt-tab to desktop..... if you then click on the game in the toolbar, it will have opened up your files ready for you to select what you want to add.
Other than that, i'm afraid i can't help :(
