Keys?

Am I missing something? Have had to bypass many/most locked chests as keys never seem to drop and they don't appear to be available from any vendors.

They drop from monsters. Yeah, sometimes you hit a dry spell and you won't see one for awhile.

They mostly drop from Champion enemies
