New theme coming: 3D - Red/Blue

Hi everyone! I can finally announce the next full theme that will be coming to Game With Balls! Red-Blue or Cyan-Red or just 3D.

The comment I got the most when releasing was: "Why not 3D?!" So this new upcoming theme is completely 3D! I know most people meant the 3D they experienced in the old iPod Touch game Labyrinth, but wanted to do something different. Still nostalgic.

Remember those days that you got the carton glasses with a poorly written magazine about dinosaurs that kind of looked 3D. Ah and don't worry if you don't have those glasses laying around or if you already get nauseous by the idea of anaglyph 3d. . You can turn the effect off.

The theme will have 20 new levels and will be coming in the next few months, but you can already play one level right now on the Steam Deck in the Mixed section (level 14)!

Prformance issue

Hi there, I'm running the game on a Steam Deck OLED. The game runs at 10 - 16 fps and consumes 99% GPU. That is unplayable unfortunately... Is there any way to fix this?

Hi everyone! I was traveling back home from Prague by train, so I had some spare time. Since I only had my little tablet with me, I tried my hand at Pixel Studio (an app for making pixel art). I drew a new level for the Mixed section, which is available now (level 13)!

Hi everyone! While the updates to Game With Balls are coming along (more info on a new theme soon) a new little project has started: Mini AirHockey! A tiny game that will turn your Steam Deck into a mini airhockey table including a system where you can organise your own local tournament up to 8 players!

History - Level 2 speed + wall bug

if I'm going too fast / have my steam deck tilted extremely, the ball goes through the walls.

I would really like to play this game but will there ever be support for hardware other than the deck? Can't see why the windows based handhelds need to miss out on this.

Option to zero gyro axis

Wondering if it would be possible to include an option to 'zero' the forward/backward axis (i.e ball motion up/down) so the game can be played whilst laying on couch? Asking for a lazy friend of mine naturally rather than myself 🤥

Hidden achievements for demo

What are the hidden achievements for the demo?? When you try look at them on the Store page it says error. I tried the kicking yourself around but nothing popped? What am I supposed to do to complete this game. And why do devs do hidden achievements makes no sense unless it is unmissable story achievements to avoid spoilers....
