Cinders was probably the one I had the most fun with, tho it does have some flaws. It pioneered the easy mode mechanic of summoning enemies to you help you which Fromsoft blatantly was "inspired by" for their spirit ash mechanic in Elden Ring but they also have a quick and easy way to refight any bosses which is nice. Also comes with a bunch of options for additional challenge, stuff like more enemies or giving bosses big stat buffs
Convergence leans way too hard into the "op caster" build which I don't have any interest and hurts for pure melee builds because they tweaked bosses to an absurd degree assuming you'd just use all the overpowered spells to trivialize them I guess. Had some neat changes to areas and nice reshades tho, so there's that.
Archethrones requires you to downgrade to a previous version which I didn't feel like bothering with so can't say how good it is, hasn't been updated in a hot minute and still at a "demo" stage tho...
