Missing undead bone?

I followed this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=30Sp80lyyFU

Went to the first 7 spots, grabbed all the bones, but I am only at +6. So i revisited the first 7 spots this moment, there are no undead bones in the first 7 spots on the video, yet I have none in my inventory, still at +6, no pig shield, and I don't sell anything ever so there would be no mistaking selling an undead bone ... I am so very effing confused.

Could be you missed the Undead Bone in the previous location while you used the one all ready in the video.
Like have defeated Carthus Worm? Broke the Skeleton Mass Boulder? etc.

Like have defeated Carthus Worm? Broke the Skeleton Mass Boulder? etc.

I don't have the profaned capital bonfire which the bones are right next to. I don't have Lothric Castle which is where the last 2 are; and I've been doing the 7 spots (6 spots + killing worm) and only have +6 afterwards; revisited every spot and all 7 are empty.

Just seems like I have one that disappeared because I don't know how I would get rid of it without knowing.

In just case, check the bonfire box?
It will be of terrible misclick if accidentally clicked 'Discard' the item. But I hope +9 Estus won't be a massive big of deal.
