Dark Souls 3 was my first FromSoft game. Without DLC, the bosses I needed help with was Twin Princes and Nameless King.

i see... Twin Princes TP around
Nameless King fast movement easily lost lock and distractions

I would add Dragonslayer Armor and Souls of Cinder. Although the ones Agate mentioned got me the biggest number of medals in my achievement run. Dont overlevel your character, though. 75-90 should get you plenty of summoning for these bosses.

Nameless King & alderitch

Tbh maybe it's me but most these bosses were actually easy and can be defeated in a few attempts.

That to me it wasn't until the ringed city that the devs cranked the difficulty up to hardcore

Because you need to jump down a lot of places then run through a swamp

Get gawked by a flying Angel

Make it to an arena where you have a 3 tier boss fight with the demons and demon prince

Then when you get to the ringed city mad dash through a big monk who summons ghost archer knights so lol good luck in ever killing them ( they respawn too)

Armour knights

Then a bunch of crippled monks

Then dark butcher giants x4

Another swamp

Locusts

Another summoner

More knights

Cumpled stair case where you get lost

An invader

A darkfire dragon which you can go to a secret boss fight area

Another knight

Church of spear fight

Then touch an egg and get transported to a Barron wastland and get the ♥♥♥♥ kicked out of you by a blood thirsty knight named gale who has dark magic and spawns wings at one stage

Woooo

The ringed city is the embodiment of hell

ah Nameless King sometimes attack fast sometimes attack slow and or different movement but most is fast easily lost lock and distractions with summon maybe
easily to riposte
alderitch is... annoying yea TP and Arrow Rain bruh
collective attack big dmg stop let him running
ringed city is hard and fun but before into ringed city
Demon in Pain & Demon Prince block the road that's really annoying
and more annoying is just Midir keep running and you can just do dmg on its head

Dragonslayer Armor hm yeah that's little bit hard if weapons didn't have enough dmg and HP
if dead that elevator is really really slow with some strong summon that's really helpfu
Souls of Cinder it just like a player you will, he will
but with summon it shouldn't be a problem just need to be careful the phase 2

Yep darkeater is the only boss left I have not defeated and possibly used every ember in the game for summons and still haven't done it

I know that you should aim for the head but avoiding fire is annoying he will spin around And then it doesn't seem there is a safe way to roll from his claws and bite and even if I do get him down to the last leg he then goes full charge with the dark laser

Idk 🤷‍♂️ I am thinking of calling defeat here as I have finished the main story

But these dark bosses I've never been able to defeat not even the dark angel in DS2

You are not the only one. He was too difficult for me to make a first kill that I had to reallocate my stats and finally killed him with pestilent mist.

To this day, I'm convinced that I am incapable of beating Sister Friede start to finish at any level with any build on my own. I always use Gael, and it still takes a lot of throwing myself at a wall over and over again. Demon Princes? Sure. Midir? Hard, but fun to learn and doable. Gael? Epic fight, well balanced. But Friede? Idk man. Not for me. She's the main reason I tend to avoid the DLC like the plague
hm.. i don't know you will still try or not but here's my suggestion her poise is really low so

phase 1 try running attack don't too over it watch the movement and keeps running attack but don't use R2 use R1

phase 2 don't use lock on Friede and Ariandel keeps attack Ariandel don't get too close Friede and Keeps an eye on her, if you see her going invisibility go to backstab

phase 3 most same with phase 1 but be more careful
that's it i don't know it helps or not but i did this to this fight

and yea Demon Princes and Midir if watch movement carfuly and learn, that will be not that hard, even i dies countless times lol

yeah of course
just use ember
dark sousl 1~3 always can do it
Oh thats why I didnt seen anything around the boss entries. Ember huh.
some bosses will has NPC can be summon https://darksouls3.wiki.fextralife.com/Bosses like here's you can see NPC SUMMONING at bosses page, but location you need to find it yourself

and some Invade NPC https://darksouls3.wiki.fextralife.com/Invading+NPC+Phantoms
all things about Invade and summon you need to use ember
and watch out some Invader(real player)
