Can I still play co-op if i set game to offline?

You're able to be invaded any time you ember, if you want to have uninterupted coop this probably isn't the game for you

No, you can't coop in offline mode.
And unless you're alone, you and your friend can get invaded at any time (when alone, after the first invasion and you die, there's 20 mins of invasions break).
If the same guy keeps invading you, block him on steam and that might solve your problem.

Generally speaking, the earlier you are in game the larger the difference between the invader's and Pver's gear. If you waited to coop until further in the game, you would have a bit of an easier time

This game will teach your son a valuable life lesson. Sometimes people will invade your house and try to kill you and if can't fight back you'll die

Ive done blocked about 6 people in 2 hours. They love the low level areas huh? Or will it always be this bad?

What areas? Anything after undead is fair play. CF is a pvp hotspot. Just ask someone to protect you from the twinks, I just killed two twinks for some poor fellas just now at high wall.

20-60 and 100-160 is where a lot of people are.
