Weapon before MLGS?

so I am trying to do a Moonlight Greatsword mage knight build run. with no respec down the road.

Right now, I am trying to figure out what weapon to choose while staying as close to physical Base Stats requirement. When I google online about it, people always give very High Dex weapons like the Lothric Knight Sword, but I want to keep close to the 16/11 str/dex as much as possible.

Any suggestions?
