Dark Souls 3 Won't Launch

Is there a fix? My game won't start. It says in-game for a second and then shutting down. No error, no white or black screen.
I just tried:
- reinstall steam and game itself (also checked integrity of files),
- running both steam and game as admin,
- disabling full screen optimization and steam overlay,
- downloaded new nvidia drivers
- tried Dependency Walker thing (solution on reddit) - every files was x64,
- deleting every DS3 folder on computer including the one in %user\roaming
- reseting steam and PC couple times

Rly dont know what to do now. I dont want to reinstall Windows 10, dont have time for this...

The funny thing is that I played this game 1 year ago and it ran smoothly :/

EDIT: I fixed it by downloading "d3dx11_43.dll" file which was missing apparently. I moved it to the main folder of the game and it's finally working.

The game didn't work for me either, disabling this program helped me. But you have no this programm on your pc so idk

all up to date, even optional updates

Where did you download this from?

Some guy posted it on reddit. Its from dll-files.com site. Just type it in the search box.
