"Vigor has two soft-caps.. 25 and 40. After 25 you do start to get some diminishing returns but it is still worth it for most players to continue to 40.
Attunement has a soft-cap at 40 for efficient FP gain, but if you feel you have enough FP then slots for attuning spells soft-caps at 30 (6 levels between slots up to 30, 10 levels between slots after).
Endurance as always has a soft-cap around 40.
Vitality never soft-caps you will always get 1 equip load per level.
Strength as always soft-caps at around 40, but keep in mind there are weapons that require 50 strength so if that is your goal plan accordingly.
Dexterity is the same as strength soft-capping at around 40.
Intelligence again soft-caps at 40.
Faith is the same that soft-caps at 40.
Luck is similar to Vitality in that it guarantees 1 point of Item Discovery per level.
PS. As a side thing. Some of these appear to have second soft-caps at 60 such as Intelligence and Faith, but not being a huge magic user it is hard to test out if it's just certain spells that scale massively at 60 or just select ones.
Also those looking for a great tanky defence driven build then maximise your Strength. Your defence stat goes through the roof as that stat reaches 40 and seems to keep going up past 40."
