26, 27, 40, 60, and 66
26 and 27 are generally for weapons that are used 2h and have low/average strength scaling (these will typically have better dex scaling and be used at [26 or 27/40] [str/dex]).
40 for 1h weapons that have low/average strength scaling (mostly quality weapons again).
60 for 1h weapons that have high strength scaling, also a decent stopping point if you want to save some points by not going to 66.
66 for 2h weapons that have high strength scaling.
Int, and all the other stats, do have soft caps similar to Str though. There are a number of guides to soft caps here on Steam and elsewhere that can explain the specifics to you much better than I can off the top of my head. Suffice to say, don't think too hard about it if you're playing casually, they're just points at which the amount of damage you gain with each level decreases significantly.
27/44 vigor
18 21 24 stamina
Idk attunement.
40 60str/dex
50 60 80 faith/int
I'm sure there are more softcaps but these are the ones that matter imo.
If you're interested in all this, why not just look at one of the guides? Several people have laid all of this information out much more clearly and thoroughly than people in a random forum thread are likely to.
