Can't connect to dark souls 3 server

I'm gettin this message for like 2 days, i just bought the game and barely started playing, i dont use any mods. Not sure why this is happening, already trying to click the 'cancel' button and then going into 'log in', for like 1 hour and not sure what has hapenned.

Could it be a corrupted save?

Maybe your firewall isnt allowing ds3 request to go through ?

Does the game just stick at that spot while music continues? or does everything freeze?

Actually it just doesnt go trough the start of the game without the message "failed to connect to dark souls 3 servers"

My firewall and Anti-virus are disabled, but i also tried to give it permissions.

These might help:

1. Set DS3 to high priority. Press Ctrl+Shift+Esc to bring up the "Task Manager" window, click on the "Details" tab, locate "DarkSoulsIII.exe" and right click on it, click on "Set priority", and click on "High".

4. Consider using a VPN.
   
5. If you're using a VPN, try to change your connection point.
   
6. If you're using a VPN, try to disable IPv6 address detection.
   
7. If you're using wifi, consider plugging in an ethernet cable.
   
8. Does your firewall prevent you from accessing certain area or region of the world?
   
9. Allow "Edge traversal" for DS3 in your firewall settings:

If all else fails, it might be a problem with internet connection, servers might be busy/overloaded during certain times of day for particular regions of the world.

As a last resort, use a VPN and/or change your ISP.
