Unless you are going for a Lightning blade DMB or some other niche faith miracles its just recommended to stay at 20 faith if the stats are only regarding your weapon.
If you end up going with a Blessed build, I recommend the Lothric Knight Greatsword. It's one of two weapons in the game that is infusable and has base lightning damage, which gains faith scaling when you Bless infuse it and helps make up for the AR hit. Put a blessed Caestus or parry shield in your offhand for another +2 hp/s, throw on the Sun Princess Ring for another +2, and you sit at a baseline +6 hp/s. Regen miracles like Replenishment, or the WA of Fillianore's Chime, can further augment this and make you very hard to kill, especially if you invest into heavy armor and high Vitality to reduce incoming damage.
As for good faith weapons, pretty much anything will do well Lightning infused. Common picks are the Lothric Knight Straight Sword, the Saint's Bident as you noted, the Claymore, etc. The unique scale weapons are mostly lacklustre; Morne's Greathammer and the Dragonslayer Greataxe are pretty good for strength/faith builds. Sunlight SS is pretty good, especially if buffed with LB or DMB.
Oh, and as a bit of a weird aside the Sellsword Twinblades and Drakeblood Greatsword are really good on buff builds because both of them attack ten billion times a second to maximize the benefit of high flat AR additions (and with the Drakeblood you can stack DMB or LB on top of base elemental ARs to plow through flat defense like a Mac semi)
SL 45 is kinds rough during second stage
