Should I do a strength or Dex build?

I did a dex build for DS1 and I did a strength build in DS II so which should I do for DS III? Strength, dex or a combo of the two? I just know I don't want to do a magic build

Lothric Knight Greatsword is an amazingly fun weapon (you can buy it from Greirat if you progress his quest), it works for all builds! My favorite is faith builds hijacking its innate electric damage and getting 700 electric damage for shield piercing utility, but it's totally okay as a regular quality weapon as well.
