Cloud sync is not working

Hi, so i was going to play yesterday and i noticed that i had no saved game (i've completed the game several times and had almost 100%) but now i only can do new game, my saved games are gone and i notice that the game is not showing a cloud sync, but it's only dark souls 3 because all of the other games show cloud syncing, i already tried turning off and on again the cloud sync for all games but DS3 cloud save just seems to have vanished, it just doesn't show. did i lose all my progress or is there something i can do? i don't understand what happend, i played last week and everything was normal

No such thing exists, your saves are gone forever. I can only recommend you using the mod called honest merchant to quickly get you back on your feet.

well this really sucks balls, but i'm over it now ... anyone has an idea of why did this happen? i literally played one day and everything was fine, i do nothing and 3 days later all saves simply vanished , and only for this game... so weird

Make manual save backups for games that don't have cloud-save functionality. Saves for this game are located in AppData > Roaming > Dark Souls III.

Alternatively download and install the Blue Sentinel mod, and let it make auto-backups of your save (configured in the INI file of the mod).
