Dark Souls 3 download file size.

First of Praise the sun! And second, the system requirements state that a storage space of 50 GB is needed for DS3. Is that the download size of the game? As a PC games who lives in the outside civilazation and has to ♥♥♥♥♥♥ internet, this worries me. But i saw that it was around 20 GB on PS4 and Xbone, is the official requirements exaggerating or is it special for PC? Thanks in advance guys!

No clue, but generally speaking those requirements include a significant margin of free space so things can decompress and the computer can continue proper operation and such. Some also can account for future DLC and what have you.

they never tell you the download size on the steam page, they just tell you how much space you need on your hard drive.

the PC specs on steam page are fake ... I do not know why From Software posted it there at the beginning of the pre order .... The specs that are on their website is quite different. 770TI and need a 20 GB HD

Instead of downrezing textures, sometimes they'll make entirely new textures at lower resolutions. Console plebs can't choose texture rez, but we can. It wouldn't surprise me if the PC version was way bigger than the console one.

750Ti. There's no such thing as a 770Ti

Getting a lot of different answers, someone said it was around 23 and others say arond 40-50 GB or more. But i might just get a physical copy from (god forbbid) Gamestop. Do you think it has some of the game installed, like Fallout 4? That had like 5 GB or something. Or do you belive that the physical copy is just a steam code, like MGS V:TPP?

Yeah! AnunnakiRamb0 is right, according to the japanese website it´s around 20 GB. Hope it´s that! Then it will just take a day to download, not a week :P I really hope that you could pre-load the game a day or so before release :D That would be fantastic!

That is the specs of steam page are false, a guy on another topic warned me that this is a crime. If a person bought the game based on the steam of specs and not run the game, you can sue the company

For what it is worth a 465 and a 750ti are in the same ballpark (on paper the difference isn't that big), and the size specs are always overinflated to allow capacity for the computer to properly function.
