help at spear of the church

i need help with halflight. i'm level 1 and i just want to get to gael, i don't want to learn this stupid pvp boss at all. password is g4el

There is an easy cheese strategy for the offline boss.
Don't need to fight it at all. Farm a Storyteller's Staff, you can use it for Gael as well.

For this you need to stay exactly at this place behind the pillar. The Guardians won't move. And Halflight stays on the pillars other side, walking a bit up and down, and you can simply poison it.
